If you are not motivated then your Lifestyle Fitness personal trainer will motivate you - that's what we are here for. She will make sure you do the last two reps you'd never do on your own, congratulate you on your fastest time, and answer all your questions. We will even give you a free food and exercise diary to keep you on track. For weight loss clients weight and measurements are taken weekly.
