Pilates is a refreshing mind-body workout where you will gain long lean muscles and strength without "bulking up". It will also help to build a strong core and greatly improve your flexibility. Classes are taken by a qualified Pilates instructor.
For added variety and to keep the class fresh some sessions will use Pilates props this may include, light weights, Pilates magic circles, Dynabands and Foam rollers.
